Prism is founded on a partnership between Silver Fern Farms and Lynker Analytics, bringing together expertise in remote sensing, AI, environmental science, and a deep understanding of farming systems to deliver practical, land‑based solutions.
We set the standard for high granularity measuring, monitoring, reporting, and verifying nature on farms, and throughout the land sector portion of the supply chain.

Managing Director
Matt is an environmental scientist with over 30 years of experience in the science and technology sector. He has led numerous multi-disciplinary initiatives in New Zealand and internationally, working at the junction of environmental science, technology, and decision-making. His expertise spans advanced analytics, systems thinking, and the practical application of data to real-world challenges.
Justin Larking
Agritech Solution Architect
Justin is an experienced engineer with a background in robotics, software engineering and machine learning. His past work spans across working in engineering teams in agritech startups to consulting into big organisations. He is the resident Technologist and provides oversight and expertise across all the data and technology Prisms uses to fulfil its mission.
Jonno Ingerson
Strategic Account Director
Jonno has a foundation in ecology, biology and earth sciences, launching his career as a researcher at NIWA. He has led teams focused on using data analysis and evidence to address real-world challenges spanning private sector start-ups to large corporations and government agencies. Jonno is a natural communicator, skilled at making complex information accessible for various audiences.
Kaeli Lalor
Nature and Climate Specialist
Kaeli is a Nature and Climate Specialist with experience delivering environmental solutions across New Zealand including Chatham Island. She works across climate risk in agricultural systems and biodiversity measurement aligned with emerging and evolving global nature frameworks. Her work is underpinned by a strong analytical foundation in hydroclimate dynamics and long-term ecosystem change.
David Ingerson
Nature Data and Solutions Specialist
A Nature Data and Technology specialist with experience in remote sensing, vegetation carbon analysis and sequestration. David provides system oversight for the Prism Carbon Stock Assessment System and works closely with all clients on carbon sequestration and biodiversity projects. David has an interest in the natural world and its application to agricultural systems.
Hannah Brimelow
Forest Carbon Analyst
Hannah is an experienced botanist specialising in vegetation classification and carbon sequestration analysis. She leads the data and processing systems underpinning Fonterra's carbon stock assessments and has contributed to a range of Prism projects spanning natural capital measurement, including solar, biodiversity, and land use change.
Katrina Lythe
HR and Finance Manager
Katrina brings a strong foundation in financial management and operations. She has worked in financial roles within large international corporations including Morgan Stanley UK and Exxon Mobil NZ including supporting commercial pricing and contract teams. Katrina provides HR support to the team as well as financial oversight and management.
Logan Scarberry
Geospatial Analyst
Logan is experienced in GIS data development, data modelling, and workflow automation. Logan maintains a range of GIS data across our projects and is always looking for new ways to automate and improve spatial data workflows using Python and SQL. Logan also builds stream flowline and catchment datasets, contributing to hydrological analysis across a variety of project types.
Joshua Liua'ana
Software Developer
Josh is a dedicated software developer driven by problem-solving and continuous growth. He builds web apps in his spare time to sharpen his skills and expand his knowledge. With strengths in web development, data structures, and algorithms, he also brings leadership experience managing 30+ staff. A former business owner, Josh adds a strong customer focus and thrives under pressure.
Daniel Johnson
GIS Technician
Daniel is a GIS Technician with a focus on geospatial data analysis, quality control, machine learning, and Python-driven automation. Daniel works across a variety of environmental projects, maintaining and managing geospatial datasets and supporting the development of algorithms used to identify and monitor vegetation across New Zealand's agricultural landscapes.
